Are the brushes sold in sets?+-

The SK Brushes are sold individually so that you can create your own set of favorite brushes.

How can I track my order?+-

You can check your order status in your account section on the website. In addition, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Can I cancel/change my order?+-

We intend to prepare and dispatch your order as fast as possible. Once your order is processed, it cannot be changed nor canceled. It would be ideal if you take additional consideration while choosing your products.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?+-

Delivery time usually ranges within 4 – 10 days of you placing order, dependent on your location.
You can always track your shipment under your account section on the website, or follow the tracking number sent to you via email.
You may experience a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions.

An item came damaged, what should I do?+-

If any of the products you have ordered came in a damaged or disappointing condition, please email us to support@samerkhouzami.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Make sure to include a picture of the item and your order reference. Please take into consideration that claims reported after 7 days of the delivery cannot be considered.

My order came missing an item, what should I do?+-

Please email us at support@samerkhouzami.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order reference in the email to be able to review your request. Please note that claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be reviewed.

Where is my order shipped from?+-

Our primary dispatch locations are from Lebanon and the UAE.

What currency will I pay in?+-

All prices are quoted in USD. You can choose a different currency to be displayed but all transactions will be made in USD at checkout.

What payment options do you accept?+-

We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Do you ship for free?+-

We provide free shipping for all orders inside Lebanon.
International customers are eligible for free shipping for orders above 130 USD
Customs import charges & taxes are the responsibility of the customer

ARAMEX have contacted me regarding an additional payment but I was offered free shipping. What is this additional payment?+-

If your order was over $130, we cover the cost of shipping your order to you. However, your order may have been subject to duties & taxes applied by your local customs office. Customs policies differ widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Will I have to pay duties?+-

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by your country’s customs office upon arrival. When ordering from samerkhouzami.com, you are responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. SAMER KHOUZAMI cannot predict what your specific charges may be.

How do I pay for any additional taxes & duty charges?+-

ARAMEX will get in touch with you if there are any extra duty charges applied to your shipment. ARAMEX will collect them for the benefit of your local customs office before or upon delivery. In some cases, you will have to provide a written notice to grant ARAMEX to clear your order from customs.  

What happens if I refuse to pay for additional taxes & duties on my order?+-

In this case, ARAMEX will try to return your order to SAMER KHOUZAMI.
A refund to your WALLET will be processed within 14 days from returning the shipment. However please note that the cost of returning your order will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you. Please note some countries’ law and regulations may not permit your shipment to be returned due to inability to pay custom taxes and charges, in this case a refund is not ensured.

My order was lost what should i do?+-

Are your products Cruelty Free/Vegan/Paraben Free?+-

SAMER KHOUZAMI products are officially certified as Paraben Free. We confirm that we do not conduct animal testing on ingredients or finished products although we cannot claim Cruelty Free on all of our products due to certifications we are still working on. SAMER KHOUZAMI always tries to formulate Vegan products however in some products we may need to use animal by-products to enhance our formulas.
