e-commerce manager

As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading our online sales strategy and operations. You'll drive revenue growth by managing product listings, optimizing user experience, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Website Management:
- Oversee the functionality and user experience of the e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to ensure seamless navigation and optimal performance.
- Perform a daily website health check to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Update website design and content bimonthly
- Publish weekly blog posts featuring up-to-date content aligned with the latest trends and ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Craft and send out engaging weekly newsletters to subscribers for active market engagement.
- Stay current with the latest app releases to consistently enhance the website’s functionality and introduce new contentbregularly.

Product Management:
- Coordinate the addition of new products to the online catalog, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is reflected on the website.

Order Management :
- Oversee the end-to-end process of preparing shipments until delivery.
- Serve as the exclusive liaison between shipping couriers and clients, facilitating clear communication.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction until orders are successfully delivered.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups on each order, managing the entire process from creation to delivery.
- Proactively seek and implement solutions to any shipping or customs-related challenges.
- Ensure the accuracy of shipment preparation and waybill creation for each dispatch.
- Manage orders on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure reconciliation between the payment gateway and in-house sales amounts.

Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with organizational goals based on marketing schedule.

Sales Optimization:
- Implement strategies to drive online sales growth and meet revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and optimize the online sales funnel.

Customer Experience:
- Enhance the overall customer experience by implementing user-friendly features and optimizing checkout processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the organization and responsiveness of the support email inbox, promptly addressing all inquiries.
- Revise the Pro Artist Program list according to submitted applications and selected candidates.

Marketing Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Ensure alignment between e-commerce activities and broader marketing strategies.
- Oversee the technical setup and implementation of monthly activations and discounts.

Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels on the e-commerce platform.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, analyze user behavior, and derive actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on key e-commerce metrics,bpresenting findings to senior management.
- Compile comprehensive data on monthly sales performance.
- Break down sales by product, region, or any relevant segmentation for in-depth insights.

Qualifications

  • A BA degree is a must
  • Similar experience in Ecom management for at least 3 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
