We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to manage and expand our client portfolio, negotiate agreements, and represent the brand in all key meetings. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in ensuring the best outcomes for the brand, particularly in distributor and retail agreements.

RESPONISIBILITIES:

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with new clients to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Lead negotiations for agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.
  • Represent the brand professionally and persuasively in all meetings with partners, distributors, and retailers.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals to secure the most favorable scenarios for the brand in all agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of signed deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client engagements and commercial progress.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial roles, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of distributor and retail deal structures and negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
