Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping, except to the following countries:
- Palestine
- Israel
- Iran
- Russia
- Syria
- Turkey
- Mexico
- Brazil
- Spain
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.
Tracking Your Shipment
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can also track your order through the Account section on our website using the tracking number provided.
Most in-stock items are delivered within 4–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping times may be longer during peak periods, such as product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, including:
- New Year's Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Easter
Shipping Fees & Customs Duties
- Free Shipping is available for all orders within Lebanon.
- For international orders, free shipping is offered based on the destination country.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by your country’s customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Samer Khouzami cannot estimate these fees as they vary by country.
If additional duty charges apply, ARAMEX will contact you to arrange payment. In some cases, you may need to provide written authorization for ARAMEX to clear your order through customs.
Refusal to Pay Customs Charges
If you refuse to pay customs fees, ARAMEX will attempt to return your order to Samer Khouzami. Once received, a refund will be issued to your wallet within 14 days, minus the return shipping cost.
Please note that some countries' customs regulations may prevent the return of shipments. In such cases, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
