Operations Manager

Location: Beirut, Lebanon

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations, brand management, and market growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the beauty and retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management:

  • Manage relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers to ensure premium quality and compliance with international regulations.
  • Set and update production plans to maintain optimal fulfillment levels and uphold product standards.
  • Source and evaluate new manufacturers, packaging solutions, and innovative formulations to enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for product launches and ongoing market positioning.
  • Create and manage the annual brand calendar for launches, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging opportunities in the luxury beauty sector.
  • Oversee product launches in collaboration with internal teams (Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Sales, etc.).
  • Drive expansion strategies into new markets while nurturing relationships with existing distributors and partners.
  • Monitor operations to ensure alignment with brand goals, sales targets, and profitability margins.
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with key regional retailers and distributors, including Sephora and other prestige platforms.
  • Lead coordination with retail partners to ensure smooth onboarding, product visibility, and brand consistency across all markets.

Marketing & Communications:

  • Partner with the Marketing team to plan and execute new product launches aligned with brand identity and global strategy.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers (nano to celebrity level) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Oversee PR and influencer marketing initiatives while managing the A&P budget efficiently.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and bundling strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team (design and production) to develop engaging, on-brand content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer data to continuously refine marketing approaches.
  • Ensure consistent communication through newsletters, retail updates, and client correspondence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, brand management, or commercial management — experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects across markets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with retail operations, supply chain logistics, and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus).
